Hat-trick of land deals secured by housebuilder

Newport site

SevenHomes has started 2024 with the exchange of three sites spanning 18 acres of land across the Midlands.

More than 180 homes will be developed on sites in Bromsgrove, Newport and Bridgnorth as well as public open spaces.

Bromsgrove

The largest site, in Newport, is 10 acres and will act as an extension to the western settlement boundary and is earmarked to deliver 100 family homes.

A 4-acre site in north Bromsgrove is set to deliver 50 homes, including 30% for affordable housing, along with public open space.

Plans for a 4-acre part brownfield site located within the settlement boundary of Highley, Bridgnorth will deliver 33 homes. A planning application for residential development is expected to be submitted in the summer.
