£4m agreement forges path for green sector’s new venture
Stratford Energy Group, a solar energy solutions firm and Bannister Ventures have united in a £4m agreement to establish a new entity.
Established in 2010 in Stratford-upon-Avon, Stratford Energy specialises in the installation and upkeep of solar panels, electric vehicle charging stations, and energy storage solutions, with a primary focus on the Midlands region.
Stratford Energy's founders, Jason Savidge and Andy Hollis will retain their roles overseeing operations and maintain positions on the board.
