A fully occupied trading estate in Stoke-on-Trent will be up for sale at the upcoming Acuitus commercial property auction on May 9.

The Trent Trading Estate, located on the outskirts of Hanley city centre consists of 22 fully occupied units, generates a rental income of £214,158 and is listed at a guide price starting from £2m.

Spanning 46,334 sq ft, the scheme is close to various transportation hubs and provides parking with 30 spaces across its 2.43-acre site.

David Margolis said: “There remains strong demand for multi-let industrial estates and this particular asset is let to various tenants at supportable rents, to support the continued uplift in capital values.”
