Hereford retail park on the market with £6m price tag

Brook Retail Park in Herefordshire has gone up for sale with a guide price of £6.1m

Positioned along a main route into the city centre, the park is close to Hereford Rail Station, a student hall, and Hereford County Hospital.

The retail warehouse consists of two terraces with a ground floor area of 32,922 sq ft.

It is currently fully leased to Lidl, Pets at Home, and Poundstretcher, with lease renewals occurring within the last three years at an average rate of £13.34 per sq ft.

Edgerley Simpson Howe has been tasked with finding a buyer for the retail park.
