Housing group names firms selected for £2bn framework

A Birmingham headquartered housing procurement group, Central Housing Investment Consortium has announced the firms selected for its £2bn retrofit and building safety works framework, named the Healthy Homes Framework.

Aiming to support the social housing sector in achieving net zero and building safety goals, the framework includes consultancy services, fabric improvements, ventilation systems, renewable energy and heating systems, house refurbishment, damp and mould treatments, and digital measuring tools.

Over 40 firms, including Fortem Solutions, Equans, Morgan Sindall, Mulalley, Seddon, and Wates, have secured spots on the framework, which is divided into works and services, consultancy services, and digitisation.
