Equipment supplier doubles turnover after buyout deal

Victor Floorcare, a supplier of cleaning equipment, has reported a 72% increase in revenue from 2022 to 2023, effectively doubling its turnover from the previous year.

Since being brought out of administration by IIC Products Ltd in 2020, the company, once facing dissolution, has experienced a turnaround.

With a legacy dating back to 1946, Victor Floorcare is based in Birmingham and is renowned for its commercial cleaning machines, serving as a supplier of such equipment to businesses throughout the UK and Ireland.

With further client acquisitions on the horizon, it plans to recruit additional talent across key areas such as sales, marketing, operations, and service support to sustain its growth trajectory.

Edward Blackledge, managing director of Victor Floorcare, said: “The remarkable turnaround that we’ve seen at Victor Floorcare underscores our unwavering commitment to excellence and our determination to reclaim our position as a leader in the floorcare industry. We’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come since 2020 and risen as a phoenix from the ashes. The future is looking bright for the company with plans to grow the team and continue to increase revenue.

“Our ‘discover, simplify, perform’ approach helps us to be able to leverage our experience and expertise, offering our customers and potential customers tailored advice to their specific floorcare challenges, ensuring they get the most efficient and effective floorcare solutions.”
