“I’m also looking forward to mentoring new graduates who start their careers with Fisher German. I worked my way up through my career in property myself, so I know what it’s like to come in as a young professional without a lot of experience. I’m hopeful I can play a key role in growing the commercial property management team’s influence in and around Birmingham and continuing  to provide a superb service for Fisher German’s clients.”

Jose Perez joins Fisher German as an associate after stints with companies such as JLL and the former DTZ, along with smaller firms.

He will primarily be looking after a wide range of industrial and commercial assets for major Fisher German clients, as well as private clients with smaller portfolios.

He said: “I joined Fisher German because I wanted to get back into working for a bigger firm that has a good presence in Birmingham. Fisher German was always a well-respected name as I progressed through my career, so when the opportunity came up I wanted to take advantage of it. The broad range of clients I’ve worked for, the kinds of portfolios I’ve managed, and my knowledge of the area means I can play a valuable role in growing the commercial property management team’s presence in the Midlands.”
