Principle has recently broadened its property portfolio in southern England by acquiring over ten residential developments.

Based in Birmingham, Principle ensures building safety standards and legal obligations concerning high-rise structures, while also overseeing day-to-day operations, concierge services, and managing drainage systems, landscaped areas, woodlands, and recreational spaces for residents.

One acquisition is the management of Turnberry Quay, an upscale waterfront development featuring 89 apartments in London’s Docklands Area.

Another addition is Casbrook Fields, an estate scheme located in Romsey, Hampshire.

Principle has also assumed management responsibilities for several other residential developments in the south, including London Court in Oxford, Palace View near the River Thames, and Adelphi Court in Bournemouth.

Jack Swann, senior business development manager at Principle, said: “We’re thrilled with our continued expansion in the south of England. It’s an exciting time to be part of the Principle team with recent appointments to provide the management services on more than ten new schemes across London and the south since the start of the year.

“This is made up of a diverse range of properties, many requiring a specialist property management service and high level of expertise. We successfully navigated the competitive tender process for each scheme, and so we’re delighted with the latest instructions.

“They not only allow us to showcase our expertise but also give us the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through our personal and professional approach, something myself and the Principle team are really passionate about.”
