Over £12m loan secured for new care home in Worcester

A £12.4m loan by finance lender Atelier has been secured to construct a purpose-built, 76-bed care home in Worcester. Macc Care is the home developer and operator for the project and marks Atelier's second loan with the developer. The home is located on Droitwich Road and will replace a derelict former restaurant.
