Telford property changes hands after three decades

20 Stafford Park Telford

A 3,490 sq ft property located at 20 Stafford Park in Telford has recently changed hands, marking the conclusion of a three-decade management stint by Bromwich Hardy.

Originally acquired as an investment by the Charlesworth family, the property has now been purchased by Kingkit, a Telford-based family business with 28 years of trading history. Kingkit specialises in online sales of plastic model kits, military items, and aviation books and magazines.

The unit was sold freehold for £332,000.

Unit 20 features a minimum working height of 6m and includes a trade counter, office area, and five car parking spaces.

Legal counsel for the sellers was provided by Tees Law in Chelmsford, Essex, while Lanyon Bowdler in Telford represented the buyers.

Tom Bromwich from Bromwich Hardy, said: “At Bromwich Hardy, we have supported many families through several generations of property ownership and investment. With our experience and a full range of skills, we are able to provide an end-to-end service from acquisition to sale, and management. It has been a pleasure to support the Charlesworth family over the years and we are very pleased to have achieved a sale for them of 20 Stafford Park 12.”
