Housebuilder gets green light for new development in Shropshire

Midlands-based homebuilder Cameron Homes has secured planning permission to construct 62 new homes in Bomere Heath, Shropshire.
The development will feature bungalows and two-story properties, offering two to five-bedroom homes ranging from 792 sq ft to 2,049 sq ft.
12 of 62 homes will be designated for shared ownership and social rent.
Located in the village of Bomere Heath, the development will include public open spaces and a playground for families. Residents will benefit from proximity to village amenities such as a primary school, post office, pub and a village hall.
Collette Bradbury, sales & marketing director at Cameron Homes, said: “We are delighted to secure planning permission on our proposed development in Bomere Heath. This location is a prime example of the suburban sanctuaries we look to create, providing customers with high-quality homes in sought-after locations.
“The development will meet the needs of the local area by providing a number of high-quality homes, as well as shared ownership and social rental properties.”
