Midlands accountancy firms complete merger
Derby-based accountancy firm Ashgates has merged with Stoke-on-Trent-headquartered DJH.
The new partnership provides Ashgates clients with access to additional specialist in-house services offered across the DJH group, including enhanced R&D and capital allowances teams, commercial funding, dedicated corporate finance, estate planning and HR.
Directors Tony Lymn, David Newborough, Steve Martin, Ian Johnson, and Gavin Booth will continue to lead the Derby team and will all remain shareholders of Ashgates. Jonathon Williamson will also be promoted to director. Jon Wolliter will continue to head up Ashgates IT, supporting clients with IT solutions.
