Property agent appointed to market warehouse unit development

Worcestershire-based property agent, John Truslove, has been appointed as the sole selling agent for a new development of warehouse units in Bromsgrove.

Horgan Commercial is building 16 light industrial units at The Boulevard, Buntsford Gate Business Park, with completion expected in late 2024.

The units, totalling over 25,000 sq ft, are arranged in three terraces and range from 1,263 sq ft to 2,557 sq ft. The units are being sold on a virtual freehold basis, starting at £295,000.
