Developer completes £5.5m sale of mental health care facility
Care home developer WUKPG has sold a mental health care facility to Cygnet Health Care for £5.5m.
Originally, WUKPG acquired a 67-bed elderly care home, previously known as Acres Nook, from HC One.
The property was then converted into a 45-bed specialist care home by Intium Contractors, which Cygnet Health Care has now acquired.
WUKPG specialises in developing healthcare facilities, hospitals, purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA), and industrial estates across the UK.
