Full line-up revealed for our Rainmakers Seminar
As the corporate finance community anticipates the end of a subdued and uncertain period, the upcoming Rainmakers Seminar will explore the challenge of becoming deal-ready for 2025.
Join us on September 25 from 8:30 – 11am, at Squire Patton Boggs, Birmingham, to hear how business leaders are preparing themselves and their staff for this evolving financial landscape.
Hear from award-winning entrepreneur and food tech leader Melissa Snover, who broke the record for the highest UK Seed Funding by a woman, securing over £2m for her fast-growing health brand Rem3dy Health. Then in 2021, Rem3dy locked in a further £8m in Series A funding.
The firm has also secured £5m during a SAFE investment round that is set to support Nourished’s global expansion into the Japanese dietary supplement market – currently valued at $9.4bn.
Major heritage pharmaceutical enterprise UPSA acquired a stake in the business last November, placing Nourished’s product range in 7,000 UPSA pharmacies throughout France and 5,000 UPSA pharmacies in Italy.
