Medical centre on the market for £3m

Business property adviser Christie & Co is marketing Court Street Medical Centre in Telford, Shropshire, with an asking price of £3m.

Opened in 2016, Court Street Medical Practice is a CQC-rated ‘Good’ GP practice with a patient base of 7,700, three GP partners and a full team of nursing and administrative staff.

It focuses on social prescribing, non-medical patient support, and mental health services.

The investment opportunity consists of a detached, purpose-built, two-storey medical centre, fully equipped for GP services.

It is located in the Madeley District of Telford, within the Borough of Telford and Wrekin, Shropshire.
