Home improvement retailer signs 15-year lease at warehouse development

Stoford has granted a 15-year lease to home improvement retailer Wickes for a 38,650 sq ft unit at Spa Park, Leamington Spa.

Wickes joins tenants including Berry Global and Bladon Micro Turbines, with two units remain available, sized between 30,715 and 51,064 sq ft.

Unit A, part of the Spa Park development near Jct 14 and Jct 15 of the M40, is a net zero carbon building with a BREEAM Excellent rating, EPC A certification, outdoor fitness equipment and EV charging stations.

The unit is one of nine eco-friendly assets developed by Stoford, collectively offering 500,000 sq ft of office, R&D, production, and distribution space.

Edward Peel, director at Stoford: “Spa Park is an incredibly strong location that delivers
best-in-class, sustainable units in a well-connected site. We have attracted some outstanding occupiers, with seven new units already let, and our latest transaction to Wickes is a further vote of confidence in the scheme.”
