Savills has been appointed as the agent for a landmark residential development in the heart of Birmingham city centre.
Situated in the Jewellery Quarter, Setl features 102 one and two-bedroom apartments, with prices starting at £255,000.
Built on the site of the former Cornwall House office block on Ludgate Hill, Setl is designed with wellness as a core focus.
Residents of Setl will benefit from a co-working lounge, a wellness studio and a sixth-floor roof terrace.
