New industrial warehouse units on the market in Coventry

Six industrial warehouse units and one self-storage unit in Coventry are now on the market.

Marketed by commercial property agency Bromwich Hardy, Triumph Trade Park includes six trade units totalling 25,490 sq ft.

The individual units available to let will range from 2,917 sq ft to 5,479 sq ft and the self-storage unit will extend to 76,000 sq ft.

Bromwich Hardy and Colliers are jointly marketing the new development on behalf of the developer XLB and it is being financed by Nuveen.

Completion is anticipated by the third quarter of next year.

Tom Bromwich, partner at Bromwich Hardy, said: “We are already handling substantial early interest in Triumph Trade Park, due to its location in a highly prominent and very busy commercial location. This makes it the perfect place for deliveries, trade and public customers.”

Nearby occupiers include McDonald’s, KFC, Pizza Hut, Greggs, Subway, Oodles n’Oodles, Starbucks, and Sainsbury’s, along with a business park and residential properties in the area.

Additional nearby businesses include Domino’s, Howdens, Topps Tiles, several car dealerships such as Audi, Skoda, and Hyundai, as well as a new 220-bed student development for the Warwick University campus.
