Nottingham truck dealer expands into West Mids with acquisition
RHCV, a dealer of used Renault Trucks in the East Midlands has announced the acquisition of the Renault Truck Commercials Coventry dealership for an undisclosed amount.
With its head office in Nottingham, which opened in December 2022, RHCV now operates eight sites across the Midlands.
The Coventry depot spans 2.3 acres and features workshop facilities, including four drive-through bays.
The change in management will take effect on November 1, with all 23 employees at the Coventry depot joining the RHCV team.
In addition to commercial truck service and repair, the depot offers 24/7 breakdown assistance, specialist LCV service and repair, a Used Trucks centre and a Tachograph Centre.
In 2019, RHCV opened a purpose-built workshop in Nottingham, and 2022, it began redeveloping its Northampton depot, which was completed in September 2024, featuring a six-bay workshop, a Class 7 MOT lane, and an LCV centre alongside upgrades to customer and employee facilities.
In 2021, RHCV opened a new site in Newark and acquired the Peterborough workshop to further expand its presence in the East Midlands.
In spring 2024, RHCVan was launched to provide main dealer-standard service and repair for all makes of vans.
