The judges were impressed with Gareth’s leadership in bringing together and growing a Midlands team that were previously managed out of different segments, supporting larger business customers to deliver the most complex lending. He has. After returning to full health from his battle with cancer, Gareth has created a high-performance Culture that prioritises his teams’ wellbeing.
