Consultancy to refurbish Solihull office for food group

OP has been selected to refurbish the new Solihull office for ABP UK, a subsidiary of ABP Food Group, a food processor.

The office interior design consultancy won the project through a tender process and will revamp 28,000 sq ft of space at Vienna House, International Park.

The 12-week refurbishment will create a modern office environment for up to 200 employees, with spaces designed for privacy, focused work and collaboration.

Key features will include a conference suite, demonstration kitchen, town hall meeting area, quiet zones, and collaborative workspaces.

Existing furniture and materials will be reused where possible, with donated carpet tiles supporting a local mental health charity.

ABP UK plans to occupy two floors of the three-storey Vienna House once the refurbishment is completed.
