HVAC contractor acquires counterpart to strengthen portfolio

A Walsall-based business specialising in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) has acquired a counterpart, enhancing its capabilities within the UK HVAC market.

The Carver Group’s acquisition of S&P Coil Products, a supplier in the sector for over 50 years, expands its portfolio and market reach.

S&P Coil Products has built a reputation in building services and education sectors.

The integration of S&P Coil Products will allow The Carver Group to offer a wider range of customised products and solutions, catering to the needs of both public and private sector clients.

The Carver Group already includes a range of manufacturing businesses, such as Applied Comfort (air conditioning), Biddle (air diffusion), Cooltherm (chillers), Powrmatic (HVAC systems), and Thermoscreens (air curtains).
