Affordable housing project advances as site is acquired
Platform Housing Group has secured the site for a major affordable housing development near Tamworth, marking the next set in the development.
In October, outline planning permission for 210 homes on land north of Browns Lane was granted to land promotion specialists Summix.
The planning permission followed an independent planning inspector's decision to overturn refusals from Lichfield District Council and Tamworth Borough Council.
