Premier Inn owner plans to transform Birmingham hotel into major PBSA
Whitbread is proposing to redevelop its hotel on Birmingham’s Broad Street into a 546-bed purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA).
Subject to planning permission, the hotel, which currently operates as a Premier Inn, would be transformed into a 14-storey property with study space, a garden, and terraced areas.
