Property Lunch: Moda Living and Calthorpe Estates

Join us on Thursday 10 April at Chapter, Edgbaston, for an exclusive insight into the transformative New Garden Square development, delivered by Moda Living and Calthorpe Estates.
This visionary 11-acre urban community is redefining city living in Edgbaston, creating a vibrant new gateway into Birmingham’s city centre.
Anchored by 2,400 new homes across a range of tenures, New Garden Square will feature:
- £6m of high-quality public realm
- A one-acre park
- Retail spaces, cafés, bars, and restaurants
- Community amenities and industry-leading workspaces
As part of Phase I, 398 homes have already been completed at Moda’s build-to-rent neighbourhood, Loudon’s Yard, which opened last summer.
With approval secured for a 37-storey residential tower in Phase II, the development is set to deliver an additional 462 apartments, further strengthening Moda Living’s commitment to Birmingham, where it has already invested over £600m across projects like The Mercian, New Garden Square Phase I, and Great Charles Street.
