Compliance firm snapped up by building services provider

London’s Andwis Group has acquired Rock Compliance, a Warwickshire-based firm that specialises in water and air hygiene, water treatment and mechanical and electrical compliance.
The acquisition marks a step in boosting the group’s technical building services and compliance solutions for both the public and private sectors.
With 12 sites nationwide and 200 service engineers, Rock Compliance, focuses on reducing risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, and simplifying the process for clients.
The company identifies and addresses non-conformances in areas such as Legionella control, fire safety, and emergency lighting, working to resolve root causes.
