Another step forward for Lichfield cinema project as consultancy joins the team

A Birmingham-based construction consultancy has been selected to assist with a project in Lichfield city centre.

The Construction Consultants (TCC) will provide quantity surveying and employer agent services for the transformation of the former three-storey Debenhams store into a multi-screen cinema and leisure hub.

Located within the Three Spires shopping centre, the redevelopment will feature a multi-screen cinema operated by Everyman, along with dining and entertainment options, including The Botanist.

The project also includes a roof terrace, outdoor seating, and a public plaza.

Work on the site is already underway, with the demolition of a nearby under-utilized multi-storey car park on Birmingham Road.

TCC, acting as employer agents, will oversee the project on behalf of Rookman Properties, a joint venture between Lichfield District Council and Evolve Estates, ensuring its successful completion.
