Marine engineer snaps up warehouse at Coventry business park

Cauldwell Marine has secured the lease for Unit 1 at Swallowgate Business Park in Coventry, the largest unit on the site.

The 23,947 sq ft light industrial warehouse, which was listed in July of last year, includes 21,088 sq ft of warehouse space, ground-floor offices, and an additional 2,310 sq ft of office space on the first floor.

Darby Keye acquired the property on behalf of Cauldwell Marine, a marine engineering company.

Cushman & Wakefield, alongside Bromwich Hardy, who marketed the property, confirmed the letting of the industrial space.
