National housebuilder Vistry has welcomed Andy Peters to head up its growing South West Midlands regional business.
Peters joins Vistry bringing a wealth of experience in the house building sector, holding MD positions at Wain Group, Persimmon, Berkeley and Barratt over the past 18 years. He brings a great knowledge of the regional geography of the area as well as having a string of relationships with many of Vistry’s Partners and supply chain.

Peters will be steering the South West Midlands team as it builds thousands of high-quality, mixed-tenure homes across the region including the region’s five largest schemes which will provide:
- 855 homes at Eastern Green in Coventry
- 640 homes at Stoneleigh View in Kenilworth
- 600 homes at Lea Castle in Warwickshire
- 550 homes in Kerseley, Coventry
- 259 homes at Windmill View in Upper Lighthorne, near Leamington Spa
Peters will partner with numerous housing associations, local authorities and PRS providers on these projects which include Citizen, GreenSquareAccord, Homes England, Legal & General’s Suburban Build-to-Rent platform (‘LGSBTR’), Milverton Homes Platform Housing, Rooftop Housing, Solihull Council, Warwick District Council and Wrekin Housing Group.
Persimmon Homes South Midlands has strengthened its team with the promotion of a contracts manager to a construction manager.
Nathan Cox has been with Persimmon since 2017, joining as a trainee site manager in the company’s South Midlands team, located in Studley.
In his new role, Cox will provide construction management to all sites in the region, overseeing the progress of construction work, supervising site managers and leading on snagging, while ensuring quality and health and safety standards are met.

He said: “I’m thrilled to have been promoted to Construction Manager, we have a strong team here at South Midlands and this position is something I am incredibly proud of and for my hard work to have been recognised in this way. I’m looking forward to seeing where my next role takes me over the coming months and years.

A UK-based control and automation company has appointed Leandro Gasparini as its new director of services.
Gasparini will be responsible for improving customer experience and growing Telford-based iconsys lifecycle services, focusing on key areas like safety, cybersecurity, sustainability and digital services.
He has over 20 years of experience in industrial automation and will lead a team of engineers, as well as expand the company’s consultancy services.

He will also contribute to the company’s project-based work and its focus on technology integration, enhancing productivity and operational efficiency for clients.
Gasparini said: “This is an ideal time to be joining iconsys, as we look to extend our ability to support hundreds of existing customers and new ones keen to get specialist support in these critical areas. Being ‘technology independent’ is a fantastic differentiator for us and means we can always develop and deliver optimal automation solutions to our customers.”
