Phoenix Group takes space at 10 Brindleyplace

Long-term savings and retirement business Phoenix Group is set to become the latest tenant at 10 Brindleyplace later this year.
The company will take up 25,107 sq ft on the building’s sixth floor and will have access to a range of amenities, including a gym and Birmingham’s only office-based indoor bouldering wall.
Other occupier perks include an on-site café, cycle storage for 100 bicycles, and electric vehicle charging stations.

With a focus on technology, sustainability, and wellness, 10 Brindleyplace is the first Fitwel accredited office in Birmingham.
The building also holds several certifications, including an EPC A rating, BREEAM Excellent, and WiredScore Platinum.
