141 jobs lost as modular construction firm collapses into administration
A modular construction firm has collapsed into administration, with 141 jobs lost and a further 76 at risk.
Telford-based Elements Europe entered administration yesterday, and work has now paused on its two major schemes including the 550-apartment Smith's Gardens site in Digbeth.
Sam Birchall and Steve Absolom of Interpath Advisory have been appointed as joint administrators and one-third of the workforce have been kept on while they look for potential buyers.
