Overseas buyer acquires Baskerville House
An unnamed overseas buyer has bought Baskerville House, the Grade II-listed office building in Birmingham's Centenary Square.
The property was being marketed for £48m at the start of the year, although the value of the deal has not been disclosed.
Federated Hermes had bought the property for £40m 12 years ago, and had sought offers around £70m when it first put the building up for sale back in 2018.
