US firm takes controlling stake in window shading specialist behind Google’s KGX1 building
US manufacturer Draper Inc has acquired a controlling interest in Warwick-based shading specialist Guthrie Douglas (GD).
GD has worked on Google’s flagship KGX1 building in London, One Sydney Harbour, and the BEEAH HQ in UAE. The GD product range is known globally for shading technically challenging windows and is frequently specified on some of the world’s most prominent buildings.
