260-bed PBSA scheme heads to planning committee
A purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme with ground-floor commercial space is heading to Birmingham City Council’s planning committee this Thursday.
The 16-storey development would deliver 263 student bedspaces, including studios and cluster rooms, alongside 904 sq ft of commercial space.
