Alfred Works announces initial food operators ahead of 2026 opening
Alfred Works, a new food hall development by hospitality group Blend Family, has announced the first three food operators set to join the project at the redeveloped Custard Factory site in Digbeth.
All three brands will be entering the Birmingham market for the first time.
Scheduled to open in 2026, Alfred Works forms part of the wider regeneration of the historic site associated with Alfred Bird, inventor of custard powder.
