£26m loan funds Warwick student accommodation scheme
A £26.2m development loan from Atelier has helped fund a 196-bed student accommodation building near the University of Warwick.
The scheme, now fully occupied, has moved from development funding into long-term investment ownership.
The joint venture between Zenzic and Torsion was delivered by Torsion and includes a gym, private dining room, and rooftop terrace. It is now managed by LUNA, a Torsion-backed operator.
