Flat Iron steaks its claim on Birmingham dining scene
Flat Iron is opening a new restaurant in Birmingham this summer at 41-42 Temple Street, near Victoria Square.
The site occupies a historic building in the heart of the city’s commercial district.
The venue will serve the brand’s signature ‘Flat Iron’ steak, sourced from featherblade cuts, alongside rotating specials such as Wagyu and a green chilli cheeseburger using beef from Flat Iron’s Yorkshire herd.
