Housebuilder secures planning for £31m housing scheme
Avant Homes West Midlands has moved forward with the next stage of its Priorslee development after securing planning approval for a £31.7m housing scheme in Telford.
The housebuilder has been given the green light to deliver the 135-home second phase of its Monkswood site, located off Castle Farm Way, expanding a development that is already underway in the area.
