Two West Midlands nursing homes sold to US investor
Two purpose-built nursing homes in the West Midlands have been sold off-market to a US-based Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), with both properties continuing to operate under a long-term lease with Kinly Care.
The portfolio includes Boldmere Court Care Home in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, a 68-bed all-ensuite facility specialising in complex care and dementia services, and The Village Nursing Home in Brierley Hill, a 90-bed all-ensuite home providing high-acuity nursing and complex dementia care.
