Legal agreement unlocks planning approval for housing scheme
Planning approval has been formally granted for a new residential development in Wombourne following the completion of a Section 106 legal agreement between South Staffordshire Council and Bellway.
The consent paves the way for the delivery of 41 new homes on a 4.3-acre site off Orton Lane.
Called Ladywell Coppice, the scheme will comprise a mix of two, three and four-bedroom houses, alongside five bungalows specifically aimed at addressing the district’s increasing demand for age-appropriate housing.
