Origin begins second phase of £126m industrial scheme
Origin has commenced construction on the second phase of its £126m SPARK development in Walsall.
This stage has a GDV of £25m and will deliver an additional 101,000 sq ft of industrial and logistics space across three new units.
The SPARK scheme, one of the Black Country’s largest recent regeneration projects, is transforming a 44-acre brownfield site into a modern employment hub designed to attract inward investment and support up to 1,100 new jobs.
