Alfred Works brings global flavours to Digbeth
A new food-led destination has opened in Digbeth with the launch of Alfred Works, a 17,500 sq ft food hall at the historic Custard Factory, developed by hospitality operator Blend Family.
The venue brings together 15 independent food businesses alongside event space, social gaming areas and a large outdoor courtyard, creating a multi-use leisure and community offering.
