Groundbreaking gets 150,000 sq ft expansion moving at Prologis Park Coventry
Logistics property specialist Prologis has marked the official start of construction on the 150,000 sq ft expansion of Prologis Park Coventry.
A groundbreaking ceremony held at the site last week was attended by Taiwo Owatemi, the Labour MP for Coventry North West. Representatives from Coventry-based Birkdale Sales, wholesalers of fencing and gate accessories, were also present following their signing of a 10-year lease for a build-to-suit facility at the site.
