Events group builds bigger stage with triple acquisition
A supplier to the UK live events market has completed a series of acquisitions designed to strengthen its service offering and bring several related businesses under a single group structure.
The deals see four businesses operating under the “Creative Live” banner - Creative Hire, Creative Hub, Be Creative Modular and Creative Event Spaces - brought together under a newly formed holding company, WASS Holdings.
