Engineering services group expands water capabilities with drainage specialist acquisition
Ipsum Group has acquired the business of Wilkinson Environmental, a Warwickshire-based civil engineering, drainage and sewer specialist, as part of plans to expand its engineering services offering across the UK.
The deal brings additional technical expertise and regional capability to Ipsum’s Water division, supporting the company’s ability to deliver integrated engineering and environmental services to customers operating in regulated infrastructure sectors.
