Temple Street workspace reaches full occupancy as law firm takes space
A Birmingham city centre office scheme has reached full occupancy following the latest letting to law firm Devonshires.
The deal sees the firm take space at Northspring | Temple Street as part of its continued regional growth, having established a presence in the city in 2022. Devonshires specialises in the living, construction, housing and public sectors.
The agreement brings the building to full occupancy.
