Investment firm sells 36,000 sq ft retail warehouse
Martley Capital has completed the disposal of a retail warehouse in Stafford from its UK Value Add Fund, Series B, securing a long-term income stream for the purchaser.
The 36,480 sq ft unit, located on Greyfriars Retail Park, is let to CDS (Superstores International), trading as The Range, with a WAULT to breaks of over 11.5 years.
The freehold was acquired by an institutional real estate investor in March 2026 at a net initial yield of 7.5%.
