Birmingham office building nears full occupancy after refurbishment
A refurbished office building in Birmingham is approaching full occupancy less than a year after being acquired and upgraded.
126 Colmore Row, located in the city’s Central Business District, comprises nine office suites ranging from 400 sq ft to 4,000 sq ft across four floors. Following the refurbishment, only three suites remain available for lease.
