Victoria secures €34.4m deal for Belgian distribution centre
Worcester-headquartered flooring manufacturer Victoria PLC has agreed the sale and leaseback of its distribution centre in Belgium for €34.4m.
Victoria confirmed the deal with Avantage Property Holding BV, a fund managed by Belgian real estate investor Alirec, and said its Belgian centre will remain the key European distribution hub for Balta Rugs following the relocation of the majority of that company's manufacturing to Turkey.
The asset reportedly had a net book value of €5.6m as of 31 January.
